Availability Requirements:
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Saturday availability IS REQUIRED. This is not a Monday–Friday only position
- Multiple shift options available, including morning, lunch, and closing shifts

What You'll Do:
- Provide friendly, efficient service in areas like the drive-thru, dining room, cashier, drinks, and food prep
- Practice the Chick-fil-A Core 4: Share a Smile, Create Eye Contact, Speak with a Friendly Tone, and Always say “My Pleasure”
- Execute position-specific best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge through in-house training
- Complete assigned opening and closing tasks
- Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times
- Encourage and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant
- Contribute to a fun, caring, and team-oriented environment
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Display a professional, positive attitude at all times
- Adhere to dress code and appearance standards
- Uphold food safety standards and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Receive and apply feedback to grow professionally
- Support the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, strong work ethic, and a heart for service
- Cheerful, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Receptive to constructive feedback and growth-minded

- Available to work Saturdays; flexible scheduling offered (closed Sundays)
- Able to lift 5–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
