Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile and create emotional connections with guests
- Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to be active for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to bend, twist, and utilize a ladder
- Work outside in weather elements including summer heat and winter cold
- Move with urgency as determined by volume of sales
- Reading, writing, and basic math and English verbal communication skills required
