Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile and create eye contact to make emotional connections with guests
- Speak enthusiastically and communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Multitask quickly and efficiently
- Be adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
- Work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Drive-thru team works outdoors 70% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistency and reliability
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and day or night shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/carry 25 lbs on a regular basis
