Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a smile and a friendly tone
- Create and maintain eye contact
- Make Emotional Connections with guests
- Serve meals with care and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas
- Follow all Chick-fil-A policies and the team appearance guidelines
- Support your team with additional duties as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Reliable and consistent team players
- A cheerful, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- A heart for hospitality and a desire to serve others
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Attention to Detail
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Available to work flexible hours, including Friday & Saturday
- Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
