Front of House Team Member - Full Time Days

Currently hiring full-time and part-time days only.
Days availability must be available between 6:30am-5pm.
One weekend day required each weekend (Friday or Saturday) based on the needs of the business.
Must be able to commit to six months or more at our location.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact and Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Take orders inside the restaurant and out in the drive-thru
• Fill drinks, bag food and make desserts
• Maintain high cleanliness of the restaurant (inside and out)
• Restock items
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 16 years of age
• Commit to working six (6) months or more at this location
• Have reliable transportation to/from Chick-fil-A
• Must be able to work at the Sandy (South Towne Marketplace) and Draper locations as needed/scheduled
• Able to work weekends
• Able to work outside in the elements for long periods of time (snow, rain, sun)
• Punctual and Reliable
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift 30 pounds
• Able to pass a background check
• Obtain a Food Handlers Certification if hired
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Maintain good hygiene and adhere to the uniform dress code at all times
• Have natural color hair and no tattoos on the face, neck or hands
