Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile and create eye contact with guests
- Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly and efficiently
- Be adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- And other duties as assigned
