Responsibilities:
- Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and making drinks and desserts.
- Deliver meals to guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground area.
- Effectively manage and lead a team of people to provide the best hospitality and guest experience
- Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder
Minimum qualifications:
- Age 18 or older
- Saturday work required (Sundays OFF!)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Lift over 50 pounds, climb ladders, reach above your head, and perform other physically demanding activities
- A positive attitude, high integrity, and servant spirit
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to stand, bend, or lift as needed for 8-10 hour shifts
Job Details:
- Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
- Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
- Experience level: 1 year of Management experience
- Restaurant type: Quick service & fast food restaurant
- Shifts available: 5am-3pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm or 2pm-11:30pm
