Front of House Shift Leader

This restaurant is locally owned and operated by Julian Good, who started as a team member selling chicken sandwiches on the front counter of neighboring CFA Batavia. Our Shift Leaders are arguably the most important position in the restaurant. Shift Leaders are responsible for our daily operations and are responsible for opening and closing the restaurant. They directly oversee Team Members and are responsible for the team’s development and training. Our leaders are in charge of teams as large as 20 people a day, they have increased access to business decisions and data, make meaningful changes to restaurant operations and guest experience, and much much more!

Requirements for the role of Shift Leader are the following,

• Have opening and/or closing availability
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant, or 2 years of leadership experience in another field
• Willing/Able to lead during emergency situations
• Willing/Able to have coaching and disciplinary conversations with team
• Willing to take responsibility for not just your own actions, but those of your team

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week

Salary : $18 - $20
