Front of House Daytime Team Member Responsibilities

• Create genuine connections and memorable experiences with guests
• Serve with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Communicate effectively with guests and teammates
• Work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail
• Support and encourage fellow team members
• Uphold Chick-fil-A’s vision, values, and high standards

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality standards
