Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile and create eye contact
- Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections with guests
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be available to work between the hours of 11a-2pm
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods
