Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests in Front Counter and Dining Room
- Provide genuine hospitality with our guests
- Keep a clean and safe work environment. Ensuring all table are clean and restroom kept at brand standard.
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time both indoors and outdoors
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:

Pay Range: $17 - $18 per hour. (Starting pay based on position, experience, and availability).
This job is fast paced, and we are looking for individuals who love working in a team atmosphere.
