Food Prep Morning Shift Team Member

This role is the backbone to our business - where it all starts - perfecting chicken! You will be responsible for filleting raw chicken according to our quality standards of excellence along with maintaining a food safe clean environment.Qualifications:

• 18 years of age
• Available to work early mornings, usually starting between 6am - 8am
• Reliable transportation
• Have the ability to handle raw chicken with food safe bodily coverings (apron, gloves, hairnet, beard net [if applicable])
• Lift and carry 10-65 lbs
• Respond to changes quickly and efficiently
• Work well under pressure
• Process and detail oriented
• A focus on cleanliness
• Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with changes in temperatures from fryers and freezers
• Stand on feet during long shifts
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
