As a facilities team member, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen as well as outside of the restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive top-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pans, and other kitchen utensils by hand or using dishwashers.
- Ensure all dishes are properly sanitized and stored.
- Keep the kitchen area clean, including floors, countertops, and equipment.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Ensure trash collection areas are clean and free of debris.
- Support kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work anytime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
