Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor plumbing repairs, yard work, and cleaning tasks.
- Conduct regular surveys of facilities and handle minor repairs.
- Maintain landscaping, including mowing, mulching, weeding, and snow shoveling.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are in top condition through preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience in general maintenance processes and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety guidelines.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate maintenance calls, including availability one Sunday afternoon a month.
