What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Director position at Chick-fil-A?
Role purpose: This role will work to accomplish the goal of the Statesboro Chick-fil-A to be the most caring company in Bulloch County and the overall Chick-fil-A vision to be the world's most caring company. You, along with the operator, operating partner and fellow directors, will lead a team of over 120 team members to seek that the Statesboro Chick-fil-A serves excellent food while following food safety guidelines, provides an exceptional guest experience and maintains positive community involvement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Effectively lead team members to improve the guest experience
- Collaborate with the operator on how to increase profitability
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 2 years experience in the food industry
- Preferred degree in business management or hospitality
- Excel in fast paced environments
- Have strong leadership qualities and will promote a positive environment
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
REQUIREMENTS
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
