The Burnsville Chick-fil-A offers an optional 3 DAY WORK WEEK that allows full time employees to work 6 long days with 7 days off in a row! This would give you a full week of work off every other week while still working 40 hours a week. The 3 day work week is not a requirement for full time employees, just an option to serve certain lifestyles and preferences.
Note: We currently do not have openings for seasonal positions.

As a Drive-Thru Team Member, you will get to work both indoor and outdoor using iPOS technology to take guests orders and deliver their food promptly and accurately. Job Responsibilities
- Greet Guests with a warm welcome
- Assist Guests with questions about the menu
- Enter order accurately in iPOS and clarify order details
- Repeat order with meal name to ensure order accuracy
- Relay order total to guest
- Receive payment
- Give guest clear direction to the next stop of their journey
