Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair machinery/equipment throughout the restaurant.
- Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures.
- Keep detailed maintenance calendar and records.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- No experience required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
