Key Responsibilities

• Own an area of the business. (Ex. Hospitality, Kitchen, Talent)
• Lead daily restaurant operations with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Support and hold team members accountable for Operational Excellence and exceptional service
• Train and motivate new hires, set positive shift tones, and act as a role model
• Open and close shifts, manage cash drawers, and finalize daily sales
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to meet and exceed goals

Qualifications & Requirements

• Passion for serving others with a friendly smile and enthusiastic communication
• Strong people skills and ability to build emotional connections with guests
• Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends and in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
• Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and superior customer service
