Position Overview
A Director at Chick-fil-A Alpharetta Commons is responsible for overseeing all daily operations with a focus on results, development, and accountability. This leader ensures every decision made supports the purpose and values of the restaurant and Chick-fil-A Inc.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Chick-Fil-A standards are met in all areas of operations, including food safety, guest experience, and speed of service.
- Drive measurable performance in key metrics: sales, labor productivity, speed of service, order accuracy, and overall satisfaction.
- Develop future leaders through training, evaluation, and succession planning.
- Partner with the Operator to create and develop lasting strategic initiatives.
- Foster a culture of professionalism that embodies Chick-Fil-A’s core values both inside and outside the restaurant.
- Manage financial performance and the operations of the business with care and consistency.
Qualifications
Only candidates who meet all of the following will be considered:
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience (Chick-fil-A experience preferred).
- Proven ability to lead teams to operational success.
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills.
- Alignment with Chick-Fil-A’s mission, values, and customer service philosophy.
- Strong character and coachability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred but not required if professional experience shows equal capability.
