As the Director of Operations, you will have the opportunity to impact the business significantly by rotating through various key areas and gaining valuable experience.
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Rotate through different business functions for a comprehensive understanding.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of 100 members.
- Drive customer service excellence and satisfaction.
- Streamline processes for operational efficiency.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Hospitality/Restaurant.
- 4 years of leadership experience.
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
- Strong communicator with a growth mindset.
DAY IN THE LIFE/SCHEDULE
- Monday-Saturday PM availability | 50 hours/week. | 5 work days
- Engage in leadership responsibilities and business operations.
- Lead a multi-million dollar business with 100 team members.
- Create Relationships and moments with our guest.
