Compensation & Perks
- Pay: $20–$25/hr ( $41,600 – $52,000 annually, based on 40 hrs/week)
- Schedule: 38–50 hours/week; open availability required. Sundays off 1 additional day.

- Guest Experience (CEM): Top 20% in all metrics.

- Quality Audits: 99% or higher.
- SAFE Daily Criticals: 100% completion.
- Productivity: $70 daily average.
- Food Cost Gap: < 1.5%.
