About Us

Chick-fil-A at Patriot Place is projected to be a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant serving thousands of guests daily near Gillette Stadium. We’re seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-focused leader to oversee all aspects of operations and drive excellence in every area, while “winning hearts every day” and having a positive impact on all who come in come contact with Chick-fil-A.

What You’ll Do

·       Lead daily operations across front-of-house, back-of-house, drive-thru, catering, and mobile ordering.

·       Ensure operational excellence during peak times and event days at Patriot Place.

·       Recruit, train, and develop leaders and team members.

·       Champion Chick-fil-A’s “Second Mile Service” to deliver best-in-class hospitality.

·       Manage labor planning, food safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

·       Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

·       3–5 years of leadership with Chick-fil-A (high-volume preferred).

·       Proven success leading teams in fast-paced environments.

·       Strong communication, organization, and servant leadership skills.

·       Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and event days.

·       Travel to Chick-fil-A headquarters in Atlanta may be required for training.

Preferred

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field.

·       5 years Chick-fil-A leadership experience.

·       Experience managing a high-sales volume environment.
