Benefits:
· 10 days (2 weeks) paid time off. (80 hours)
· Pay rate $25 an hour.
· Overtime pay at 1.5 times pay rate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate through multiple aspects of the restaurant to gain knowledge of the total operation.
- Initial training period (4-6 months) before launching into the director level role with oversight of all facets of the restaurant (i.e., marketing, catering, inventory, scheduling, FOH/BOH, hiring).
- Create a culture of service and deep care for team members and guests-leading to a remarkable experience for all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.
- Mentor, coach, invest in, and build relationships with a diverse team of people to motivate and help them reach their highest potential.
- Develop 6-7 direct reports through one-on-one meetings, consistent reviews, and coaching.
- Actively taking ownership of business responsibilities (i.e., budgeting, vendor relationships).
- Maintain quality in food safety, cleanliness, and overall, Chick-fil-A standards.
- Ongoing evaluation of business needs and streamlining systems/processes for efficiency.
- Build a strong relationship with the Leadership Team and executive operator’s vision.
