Hostess/Host Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Welcome and greet guests with a smile
- Ensure a clean and inviting dining area
- Assist in maintaining a smooth flow of customers
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be 16 or older
