Host / Hostess – Front of House

Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude
- Create and maintain eye contact while speaking enthusiastically with guests
- Welcome guests upon arrival and thank them as they leave
- Manage guest flow, seating, and wait times efficiently
- Make emotional connections with guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room and entry area
- Be dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
