What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Room Host/Hostess position at Chick-fil-A?
The Dining Room Host/Hostess focuses on providing "Second Mile Service" to our guests. The primary duties of this hospitality role are to interact with and CARE for guests dining with us during peak time periods by proactively greeting and checking in with guests, assisting with trays and highchairs, providing condiments, and refreshing beverages. Secondary duties include stocking items to meet guest needs, cleaning as needed, and assisting other members of the Front of House team in completing additional tasks.
Typical hours for dayshift are 11-2 on days that school is in session and 8-2 on non-school days. Nightshift is 4-7pm or 4-8pm. Hours may vary depending on the needs of the business, with a schedule of 3-5 days per week.
