Availability Requirements:

• Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Saturday availability is required
• This is not a Monday–Friday only position
• Multiple shift options available, including morning, lunch, and closing shifts

General Team Expectations:

• Provide friendly, efficient service in areas like the drive-thru, dining room, cashier, drinks, and food prep
• Practice the Chick-fil-A Core 4: Share a Smile, Create Eye Contact, Speak with a Friendly Tone, and Always say “My Pleasure”
• Execute position-specific best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge through in-house training
• Complete assigned opening and closing tasks
• Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times
• Encourage and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant
• Contribute to a fun, caring, and team-oriented environment
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Display a professional, positive attitude at all times
• Adhere to dress code and appearance standards
• Uphold food safety standards and maintain a clean, welcoming environment

• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Do:

• Clear and clean guest trays promptly
• Refill guest beverages with a friendly attitude
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, patio, dining room, and parking lot
• Keep dining room windows free of fingerprints, smudges, and stains
• Sweep and mop floors, including under movable furniture and equipment
• Restock and tidy condiment stations
• Clean up spills and bodily fluids safely and promptly
• Provide high chairs and placemats for babies and toddlers
• Offer assistance to guests in need, including the elderly, single parents, and individuals with disabilities
• Distribute mints, hand wipes, balloons, and coloring books to guests and children
• Place wet floor signs as needed to ensure guest safety

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Works well independently and as part of a team

• Available to work Saturdays; flexible scheduling offered (closed Sundays)
• Able to lift 5–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
