Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic Dining Room Host to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This opportunity is designed to help create a “REMARK”able experience for each guest through Chick-fil-A’s Second Mile Service procedures. This role will provide the highest quality of guest service through all contact points in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation.
Your Impact
- Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork
- Ensure cleanliness by proactively sanitizing table tops, chairs, windows, and doors as needed
- Assist guests in carrying items to their table such as food and beverages, high chairs, etc.
- Restock supplies
- Take out garbage and maintain a clean & organized dining room
- Model and support clear communications between the front counter and dining room staff
- Backup as a cashier as needed
- Enhance guest experience with attentive service, personalized interactions, and understanding of guests’ needs
Position Type
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for long periods and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Must be available Monday through Saturday during lunch rush ( 11:00am - 2:00pm or 11:00am - 5:00pm) OR dinner rush (5:00pm - 8:00pm or 4:00pm - 8:00pm)
Background Profile
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude, coachable
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
