Dining Room Host/Hostess - Part Time & Full Time - Day or Night Shift
Pay:
- Full Time (5 shifts per week, >32 hours per week) = $18.00/hour
- Part Time 1 (at least 3 shifts, >20 hours per week) = $16.00/hour
- Part Time 2 (2 shifts or less, <20 hours per week) = $14.00/hour

What You'll Do:
Hospitality:
- Ensure guests are greeted with a smile upon entering the dining room.
- Ensure use of CORE4 and 2nd Mile Service in all guest interactions.
- Anticipate guests needs such as assisting with children and assisting guests with all condiments and other items needed for their meal.
- The host/hostess should perform a table touch with each guest approximately 10 minutes after their food is delivered to ensure they have everything needed and provide an offer to refresh beverages.
- The host/hostess should check with each table as they finish their meal and offer to refresh beverages and remove any waste from the table.
- Always representing the values of Chick-fil-A and the operator, and thank guests for choosing to dine with us before they depart.
Cleaning Duties:
- Clean the tables and floors when guests leave the restaurant.
- Maintain condiment station to ensure all condiments are fully stocked and made accessible to guests.
- Maintain restroom cleanliness by stocking all toiletries, picking up any trash, and wiping counters.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room trays
- Wiping down windows during down time to provide an atmosphere of cleanliness
- Always finding something to do to provide an exceptional dining experience for all guests!
Requirements:
- FT: Available Monday–Saturday
- PT 1: Weekend availability and closing availability required (if nights)
- PT 2: Flexible schedule
- Able to stand for long periods and lift 30 lbs
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- No experience required!
