Job Summary
The Dining Room Host is a key part of the Chick-fil-A guest experience — a true Moment Maker who ensures every guest feels valued, cared for, and delighted. This role is ideal for fun, energetic, and outgoing individuals who love connecting with people and creating a warm, welcoming environment. The Dining Host lives out Chick-fil-A’s mission to win hearts every day through genuine service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting every guest with enthusiasm, eye contact, and a sincere smile — displaying the Core 4 at all times:

- Engage with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure they feel appreciated and cared for.
- Deliver remarkable hospitality by anticipating needs, offering refills, clearing tables, and providing assistance before being asked.
- Be a “Moment Maker” by going above and beyond to create positive, memorable interactions for guests of all ages.
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining area, and beverage stations that reflect excellence.
- Assist families and guests with trays, high chairs, and other needs to ensure comfort and convenience.
- Work as part of a team, supporting front-of-house operations and helping fellow team members as needed.
- Represent Chick-fil-A’s values of kindness, integrity, and care in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality with a genuine love for serving others.
- Strong communication and people skills — comfortable engaging with guests of all backgrounds.
- Ability to multitask, stay positive, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required
