Starting Pay Scale:
- ¼ time <20 hours per week: $12.50–$15.50/hr
- Part-time 20–32 hours per week: $12.50–$17.00/hr
- Full-time 32 hours per week: $15.00/hr and up
We are looking for both full-time and part-time daytime team members. Team members must be available on a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday. Chick-fil-A Team Members take part in a variety of tasks both in the Front of House and the Back of House. In the FOH you will welcome & greet guests, take and deliver customer orders through either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! In the BOH you will support the kitchen team, prepare and assemble food orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves positively and truthfully, demonstrating 2nd-mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Must be able to work in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to be in contact with all food, drink, and general products within the restaurant.
Chick-fil-A may be best known for serving an amazing chicken sandwich, hot waffle fries and that oh-so-delicious Chick-fil-A Sauce, but our restaurants are also known for another secret sauce: our friendly team members.
