Customer Service Team Member Overview
At Chick-fil-A®, Customer Service Team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day. We are looking for both full-time and part-time Customer Service Team Members who are hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest. Team Members at this location are employed by COR Restaurant Services, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chick-fil-A, Inc.
Responsibilities
- Following Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures.
- Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
- Taking orders and making accurate changes quickly.
- Demonstrating knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
- Ensuring guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly.
- Ensuring product quality and consistency.
- Assisting leadership in executing opening and/or closing procedures.
- Modeling and supporting clear communications between the front counter and kitchen staff.
- Following sanitation and safety procedures.
- Maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects, as needed.
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
