Chick-fil-A is hiring Cooks / Prep cooks.

All training will be done in-house through our orientation and training program.

Cook/Prep responsibilities: 

·      Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.

·      Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and prep.

·      Prepare cold individual and catering menu items.

·      Stock restaurant inventory as needed.

·      Work with fryers and grills.

·      Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly.

·      Keep up to date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate.

·      Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager.

·      Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on any changes.

·      Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

Requirements:

· Must be 16 years of age. We welcome teens to apply.

· Must be comfortable working in a kitchen environment.

· Like a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

· Positive attitude.
