We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people with a servant's heart. You must be willing to work hard, be team-oriented, honest, and have great customer skills to work in our Chick-fil-A restaurant.
Prior leadership experience is required.
Closing Supervisor - General Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available 3 pm - 11 pm, 5 days a week
- Must be available Friday and Saturday
- Ability to multi-task with a self-motivated positive attitude
- Must have a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Always keeps their team engaged in serving the guest, is a connector of people, and wields their influence to improve performance and morale of the team
- Monitors the business performance throughout their assigned day
- Responsible for the restaurant’s condition inside and outside.
- Adds value to the culture and contributes to the goals and vision of the business
- Develops team members according to our hospitality professional model
- Can understand and articulate the vision at large for the organization and Chick-fil-A
- Must be coachable
- Ability to multi-task with a self-motivated positive attitude with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Serves guests and fellow team members with honor, dignity, and respect
