Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile

- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

- Work on their feet for several hours at a time

- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Minimum commitment of 2 years

- Have the ability to lift and carry 10 - 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time (4-10 hours)
- Must be 16 years of age or older to comply with labor laws and shift restrictions
- Have reliable transportation
Starting pay ranges from $11-$17 per hour (pending availability). Leadership roles range from $21-$36 per hour.
Most Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
