Available Positions- Front of House (FOH): Focused on guest interaction, hospitality, and order accuracy.
- Back of House (BOH): Focused on food preparation, safety, and kitchen efficiency.
- Delivery Driver: Focused on brand representation and safe, timely meal delivery.
- Competitive Pay: $9-10/hr tips (for delivery drivers) and $12-15/hr for BOH/FOH.

While specific duties vary by station, all Team Members are expected to:
- Represent the Brand: Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules, dress code, and vision at all times.
- Deliver Excellence: Multitask quickly and thoroughly while maintaining a "Guest First" mentality.
- Collaborate: Maintain effective communication with team members and leadership.
- Maintain Standards: Keep work areas clean, orderly, and stocked; follow all safety and food-handling protocols.
Role-Specific Tasks:
- FOH: Smile, create eye contact, and make emotional connections with guests.
- BOH: Prepare, cook, and assemble food safely according to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Driver: Execute safe driving practices using company-owned vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction off-site.
- Character: Consistent, reliable, and possesses a cheerful, positive attitude.
- Service Heart: Loves serving others and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift/carry 3050 lbs on a regular basis.
- Team Player: Works well independently and as part of a high-energy team.
- Delivery Requirements: Must be 18 years old with a clean driving history (2 years), a valid drivers license, and a smartphone with a data plan.
