Hospitality Team Member Responsibilities:
- Provide hospitality by looking guests in the eye, smiling, and engaging in encouraging conversations
- Work in the Dining Room, Front Counter, and Drive-Thru
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Work both indoors and outdoors
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. (Starting pay based on position, experience, and availability. Opportunities for raises and advancement come with tenure and training.)
