Team Member Responsibilities:
- Work together to ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality experience—whether preparing food in the kitchen or serving guests in the dining room
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food safely, quickly, and efficiently while meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and genuine hospitality
- Assist with beverage and dessert preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, front counter, and dining room
- Ensure all products meet Chick-fil-A’s quality, safety, and brand standards
- Assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, team members, and leaders
- Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Consistent, reliable, and punctual
- Cheerful and positive attitude; loves serving and helping others
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures accurately
- Works well independently and in a team setting
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 consecutive hours)
