Chick-fil-A Front of House Team Leader

They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Learn, follow and coach the Chick-fil-A Pathway requirements
• Consistently and deliberately develop our team
• Participating operationally in day-to-day management in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Drive the team to meet metrics for customer service, speed, accuracy, quality, safety and profitability
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Cash management, Count drawers and finalize daily receipts
• Manage drive-thru, third-party, catering, dining room and front-counter operations, ensuring food safety/food quality and cleanliness standards are all exceeded
• Confirming that Dining Room, Restrooms, Lobby, exterior of restaurant and Play area are checked throughout the day and are of the highest cleanliness standard
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
