This position is the middle tier between Team Leader and Director. You will have major responsibilities within the restaurant and will be partnered with a director on their assigned role or task.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in training new employees
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Lead the shifts and team
- Open and close the restaurant on a daily basis
- Manage and maintain all daily tasks

- Ability to work on-site at our location
