Back of House Team Members maintain high standards in kitchen operations, food safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities may include food preparation, cooking, and assembly across produce, raw, cold, and hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. Team members must communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and ensure every guest receives a consistent, high-quality food experience in taste, presentation, and speed of service. Your role is essential as we strive to be Medford’s most caring company.
Schedule
Team members work a 3-day workweek with required availability on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. This schedule allows 4 days off each week, including 2-day weekends.
- Full-time: Average 12–13 hours per shift
- Part-time: Average 4–6 hours per shift
- Availability: Opening (5:30 AM) and/or closing (11:30 PM) shifts may be required
Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting 30–50 lbs, lifting overhead, repetitive motion, and standing for extended periods.
Uniform:
- No visible tattoos
- No facial hair other than a neatly trimmed mustache
- No unnatural hair colors - hairstyles must be neat and professional in appearance
- No ear gauges or facial piercings allowed other than a single nose stud
- Employer provided uniform
