Job Description:
Join our Chick-fil-A team as a Catering Assistant! In this role, you will help coordinate and deliver catering orders to our valued customers. You'll work closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure catering orders are prepared correctly, packaged properly, and delivered on time with the exceptional service our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and organize catering orders according to customer specifications
-Deliver orders to businesses, events, and residences in a timely manner
-Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments
-Set up catering displays at delivery locations when required
-Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders
-Assist with food preparation
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and vehicles
-Provide exceptional customer service representing the Chick-fil-A brand
Requirements:
-Self-motivated with strong work ethic
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Capable of working well under pressure
-Valid driver's license with clean driving record
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
-Food handling experience preferred but not required
Schedule:
-Part-time position (20-30 hours per week)
-Flexible availability required
-Early morning shifts available (starting as early as 5:00 AM)
-Evening availability required (may need to stay late during busy periods)
-Must be available to work extended hours during holidays and special events
-Closed on Sundays
