As a member of our Catering Staff, you will have the opportunity to work at various indoor and outdoor events, planning and preparing food menus that meet the needs of our valued customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations in our kitchen area, as well as transporting food to and from event locations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by decorating food-serving areas and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Plan food menus according to customer needs and expectations
- Prepare food in a clean and healthy kitchen environment
- Consult with customers about any potential changes before every event
- Transport food to and from venues
- Decorate food-serving areas at the venues
- Clean food-serving areas after the events when applicable
- Serve food and drinks at the venues when applicable
- Maintain organized and stocked supplies
- Ensure knowledge of all food ingredients
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent cooking and food preparation skills
- Previous catering experience is a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
- Great attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Friendly and positive attitude
