Catering Delivery Driver Team Member:
- Works together with the other restaurant leaders in order to accomplish the Owner/Operator’s vision for the restaurant.
- A leader in the restaurant dedicated to facilitating and handling outgoing catering orders and ensuring smooth operations of catering functions for guest and staff alike.
- Support restaurant operations when no deliveries are in progress.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Catering Manager.
- Responsible for catering preparation, delivery, and maintaining positive relationships with clientele and repeat customers.
- Complete catering set-ups for the remainder of the day and into the next day, as needed.
- Prepare and package food and drink products for catering orders.
- Effectively communicates to the team about prepped orders through our messaging platform.
- Warm and friendly to guests as well as team members.
- Communicate effectively to the Catering Manager and kitchen staff regarding catering needs.
- Follows through on tasks to completion with speed and accuracy.
- Able to engage in conversation regarding the business.
- Evaluate food quality and catering quality on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Practice safe food handling procedures at all times.
- Assist with all other restaurant operations as needed, including additional prep of catering orders.
- Physically able to manage set-up and delivery of catering orders (lift and carry).
- Communicates to leadership about catering inventory and makes sure all supplies are available, including TMS bags.
- Must be 18 or older, with a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and vehicle required.
- Abides by all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving record.
