As a Catering Director, you'll be the driving force behind our catering operations. One part logistics expert, one part brand ambassador—you’ll oversee orders, prepare delicious meals for pickup and delivery, and personally bring them to local businesses, schools, and community events. You’ll spend time in the kitchen ensuring everything is prepped to perfection, then step outside to engage with organizations and deliver top-tier hospitality. Every day is different, and every order is an opportunity to make someone’s event unforgettable!
Position Details:
-Full-Time
-Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
-Saturdays are optional

-Organizing, preparing, and packaging catering orders for pickup and delivery.
-Managing orders in Chick-fil-A’s internal system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
-Personally delivering catering to businesses and organizations while providing top-notch service.
-Problem-solving and handling escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
-Ensuring our catering service runs smoothly and upholds our high standards.
What We’re Looking For:
-Must be 18 years old
-Must have a valid Drivers License.
-Experience in events, catering, or kitchen environment is preferred.
-Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
-Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains positive under pressure.
-Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
