What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering Captain Team Member position at Chick-fil-A?
The Catering Captain Team Member will demonstrate ownership of the execution piece of catering orders and trailer events, specifically by delivering 2nd Mile Service and executing operational excellence throughout every transaction. They will work with the Catering Director to strengthen systems and processes centered around catering. They will work closely with the BOH to meet all quality and safety requirements during food preparation
They will also be working operations alongside catering needs. A role at Chick-fil-A is more than a job;it's an opportunity.
