BOH Openers play a vital role in preparing our kitchen for the day by ensuring equipment, prep areas, and stations are stocked, clean, and ready to produce high-quality food safely and efficiently from the moment we open.
Position Type

What You’ll Do
- Arrive on time and consistently prepared for 5:00 AM opening shifts
- Set up kitchen stations and equipment for the day (breading, prep, cooking, assembling)
- Stock inventory and prepare ingredients for peak service hours
- Perform food safety checks and follow all Chick-fil-A quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Complete opening and prep tasks with accuracy and urgency
- Support teammates and communicate effectively with leadership and FOH team
