Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
- Stay updated with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Cheerful, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Able to multi-task and work well independently or in a team
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to lift and carry 20-30 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods
