The Ideal Crew Member:
- Kitchen or restaurant-specific experience strongly preferred
- Proven self-starter
- Capable and passionate about building relationships with team members and guests
- Detailed and observant
- Dependable and able to meet commitments
- Ability to make decisions quickly
- Resilient - able to handle setbacks
- Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work on feet for several hours)
