As a Back of House Team Member, you will work as a team to fulfill orders with speed and order accuracy with an aim to serve our guests within 90 seconds.

This position is specifically hiring for team members available for OPENING 6am-3pm and/or CLOSING 3pm-11:30pm.

Position Type:

• Full-time (must be avail. Fri & Sat)
• Part-time (minimum 15 hours a week must be avail. Fri & Sat)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School diploma not required but preferred
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including Fridays and Saturdays
• Have the ability to lift and carry 25 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Ability to follow all food safety guidelines set in place by the health department
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
